Policy & Procedures/Disclaimer WhyteRose Heal commits to provide a quality, holistic experience to all clients; one that requires time and planning, with consideration to this planning the following policies are in place ALL SERVICES BOOKED MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. No exceptions. Arrival to The Treatment Facility: Please arrive for your session 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time to fill out all necessary documents. Arriving early also allows the client significant relaxing time in preparation for session. Please note, if you arrive late, your session will unfortunately be shortened. No exceptions made as there are other sessions immediately following. Cancellation Policy: There is a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy. If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours before your appointment time, you will not receive a refund and the pre-paid amount will not be applied or credited to another appointment time. Rescheduling an Appointment: If you wish to reschedule an appointment, you must call or text message me no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, or your appointment is considered missed or cancelled.
